Access the 3D BIM Model on any Device
Easily access the project and model files from smartphones, tablets, PCs and MACs
You can section, measure and hide, objects in your 3D BIM model using your smartphone, tablet, or desktop machine. You can also highlight a specific discipline, such as the ventilation system. You can combine different actions in the 3D model; for example, cut a section to create a clip plane and use the 3D laser measurement tool to find the distance between two systems.
The StreamBIM interface makes it easy to view the model by section, measure objects in the 3D BIM, or add photos tagged directly to the room or to an object. Mark a detail with a bookmark and share that bookmark with your team.
The most important part of BIM is the I for information that’s built into the model. You can access information about an object or room directly from the BIM model and use the project drawings as a supplement. StreamBIM includes digital drawings, 3D BIM models for all disciplines, and installation instructions for each discipline within the 3D BIM model. It is easy to take photos and tag them to an object or room to build a digital archive (a digital twin) of your project, which includes photos.
Turn model layers on and off or hide objects like floors, ceilings, and walls in order to view what’s behind them. Navigate to a room or click on an object to display information about the object. Use our 3D laser measurement tool to quickly and easily measure within the model – along surfaces, between objects, in sections, or from the center of the pipes.
Avoid Building Errors. See how to execute your job in context with the other technical disciplines to avoid clashes.
If you are an electrician or plumber, highlight the systems related to your job in relation to the other technical subjects. StreamBIM gives you access to the 3D BIM model and drawings for all subjects, as well as access to installation instructions so you have everything you need to do your job on your mobile phone or tablet.
