Danach wird das Modell nicht mehr aktualisiert, ist nicht mehr vertrauensw\u00fcrdig und wird nicht mehr aktiv genutzt.<\/p><h4>Dieser parallele Arbeitsablauf - BIM neben den Zeichnungen - wurde wiederholt als Haupthindernis f\u00fcr die Aussch\u00f6pfung des vollen Potenzials des digitalen Bauwesens identifiziert, weshalb ein zentraler Schwerpunkt des Total-BIM-Konzepts darin besteht <em><strong>was wir nicht mehr tun sollten,<\/strong><\/em> nicht nur die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Arbeitsweisen.<br \/><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/h4><h3>Von der BIM-Annahme zum vollst\u00e4ndigen BIM<\/h3><p>Die von der Chalmers University of Technology in G\u00f6teborg, Schweden, entwickelte Total-BIM-Methodik, die auf den bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren der nordischen Bauindustrie basiert, stellt eine grundlegende Abkehr von diesem fragmentierten Ansatz dar.
