The fact that we "Stream" your models and do not download your model in the 3D- view is why we are able to support "any" file size or square footage.

Traditionally we are used on "Building" projects, but we now have an increase in infra projects. We can easily switch streaming technology to optimize performance for type of project. This makes our platform desirable on building and infrastructure projects.

StreamBIM gives you easy access to the latest release of your drawings and documents on any device.

All files have their revision history intact, which is accessible on the file's dropdown menu. You have full visibility on when the file was updated and by which user.

You can add restrictions on the folders for access control. The levels can be set on "Read", "Write" or no access.

Administrators can easily recover deleted or moved files, which is handy if someone makes a mistake.

Register and communicate deviations or incidents on the construction site easily with our "Capture" feature.

Use a phone, tablet or PC/BIM station on a construction site to document or communicate seamlessly with other interests. That way, you will have all incidents and communications traceably available when you need them. Everything is available on StreamBIM for as long as you want, and it is also easy to download reports such as excel, pdf, BCF for later usage.

It is easy to create checklists that fit your company's existing quality system.

The different checklists are easily added to spaces, systems, type objects, floors and property values in your model, so you can track progress on your inspection-, quality- and safety rounds, or handover from work crews.

In contrast to traditional, paper-based checklists, the checklists in StreamBIM will produce data in real time that help to get an overview of progress, and provide learning after the end of the project. And that way, potentially avoid making the same mistake on future projects.

StreamBIM has a world- class measurement tool, that works just as well on your phone as on a computer. Do measurements on the go or save your view with all measurements you need for use later. You can give access to predefined views with all the relevant measurements to other users in the project, which enables paper and drawing- less production.

This enables the site team to derive the measurements and info they need to produce (rather than have someone in the design office guessing what they need). - If drawings is in use, you will be able to take supplementary measurements in StreamBIM where they might be missing in a drawing. This saves you time instead of having to wait for drawing revisions.

With StreamBIM's real-time quantity take-off you get a good overview off all your building elements, including any price-driving parameters (like fire rating) with a few clicks. This information helps you check your quantities during estimation, pricing, billing or procurements.

Export to excel or PowerBI for combining any IFC- information you want with other relevant data you have; e.g. combine your pricing data with the quantity export, for a budget that is updated as soon as you do changes in your model. That way you can track all changes and see consequences immediately.

Create your own views with 2D-tags based on the information you need and save them at the capture point. The capture can be shared with those who need them, included with the relevant information needed.

Any searchable information contained in the BIM can be added to the tags. The 2D tags can be scaled and rotated to fit the position and size of the screen, maintaining readability.

Generate QR codes for quick indoor location, product labelling, ordering and more.

StreamBIM can easily generate QR codes and add any object information to the label.

StreamBIM can be used for LEAN inspired, model based production planning and progress monitoring with our new TAKT module.

Make production schedules for "work packages" (wagons) linked to zones in the BIM and create sequences (trains) that move throughout the project at regular intervals.

StreamBIM support and stream gigabytes of point-clouds without problems on any device. This enables you to compare the designed BIM with actual construction “As built”.

This is helpful for Architects when designing a new project with excisting costructions. As you can measure geometry in the point-clouds or between point-clouds and BIM, you will save time not having to travel to the site. This also gives innsight to possibilities and limitations in the project.

It is usefull for both the building owner and contractor to have a scan of the actual construction combined with the designed BIM to detect any deviations.

Created as a digital version of the "building site diary" which is widely used in the Swedish construction industry, this daily report module lets users record the status of the construction site on a daily basis.

Record relevant information every day to maintain a record for documentation and referencing. Search past dates to see what problems or weather conditions occurred on that day.

Entries are recorded with a time stamp and the daily report can be exported as a PDF for documentation purposes.

We believe information should be easily accessible for whoever needs it, when they need it. The StreamBIM platform is based on open standards, and support easy integration with 3rd parties. This enables our customers to take control of their data and use it efficiently on our platform or other preferred software through API integrations. This will support flexibility for you to change strategy and choice of software when you need it. Which is important when we know that the industry is constantly changing, which means that requirements and needs change quickly.
