It is easy to create checklists that fit the company's own quality system.
The different checklists are easily added to spaces, systems, type objects, floors and property values in your model, so you can track progress on your inspection-, quality- and safety rounds, or handover from work crews.
You can apply filters which give the objects with a checklist a status color, this gives you a full overview of which elements have completed the quality control.
If an element gets a deviation in your checklist, the checklist will not be given the status of approved until the deviation has been closed.
The "checklist editor" is easy and has flexible options to create standardised checklists for your company. That way you can secure you collect data in a standardised and structured way for future use.
In contrast to traditional, paper-based checklists, the checklists in StreamBIM will produce data in real time that help to get an overview of progress, and provide learning after the end of the project. And that way, potentially avoid making the same mistake on future projects.
