Bolaget bryter i Kiruna och Malmberget i norra Sverige och levererar cirka 80% av Europas j\u00e4rnmalm.<\/li>\n \t<li>Konsulten Tikab \u00e4r ett Stockholmsbaserat konsultf\u00f6retag som erbjuder tj\u00e4nster inom byggteknik, digital projektledning och mjukvaruutveckling.<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\n<h3><strong>Kundens vision och m\u00e5l\n<\/strong><strong> (LKAB genom projektledare Stefan Emmoth)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>Ta ansvar f\u00f6r projektinformationen i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att enbart f\u00f6rlita sig p\u00e5 konsulter.<\/li>\n \t<li>Fullst\u00e4ndig transparens och realtids\u00f6vervakning av framsteg och kommunikation.<\/li>\n \t<li>Anv\u00e4ndning av StreamBIM f\u00f6r att centralisera modeller, punktmoln och kommunikation.<\/li>\n \t<li>Tonvikten ligger p\u00e5 visuell tydlighet (3D-modeller j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med gamla 2D-ritningar) f\u00f6r f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och kommunikation.<\/li>\n \t<li>S\u00e4kerst\u00e4ll sp\u00e5rbarhet och ett strukturerat informationsfl\u00f6de.<\/li>\n \t<li>Se till att systemet \u00e4r tillg\u00e4ngligt och l\u00e4ttanv\u00e4nt, s\u00e4rskilt f\u00f6r lokala rivningsentrepren\u00f6rer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n<h3><strong>Utmaningar som vi st\u00e4llts inf\u00f6r<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Originaldokumentationen utgjordes av pappersritningar fr\u00e5n 1960-talet med os\u00e4ker noggrannhet.<\/li>\n \t<li>Inga befintliga CAD- eller BIM-modeller.<\/li>\n \t<li>Endast punktmoln fr\u00e5n dr\u00f6narskanningar var tillg\u00e4ngliga.<\/li>\n \t<li>Beh\u00f6vde utveckla en anv\u00e4ndbar digital modell fr\u00e5n grunden f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja anbud och utf\u00f6rande.<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\n<h3><strong>Tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r digital omvandling<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n \t<li><strong>Konvertering av punktmoln:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Skapade enkla 3D-geometrier fr\u00e5n dr\u00f6narskanningar.<\/li>\n \t<li>Modellerade viktiga strukturer (st\u00e5l, betong), terr\u00e4ng och trafikfl\u00f6den f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhetsplanering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Kodning och strukturering av modeller:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Taggade modellelement efter anl\u00e4ggningsdelar, underjordiska kontra ovanjordiska, driftstatus och rivningsfaser.<\/li>\n \t<li>F\u00e4rgkodade steg f\u00f6r visuell tydlighet (t.ex. gr\u00f6nt = steg 1 demo, lila = ska beh\u00e5llas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>F\u00f6rberedelse av anbud:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Anv\u00e4nde volymber\u00e4kningar (t.ex. kubikmeter betong) f\u00f6r m\u00e4ngdavtagningar.<\/li>\n \t<li>Skapade modellbaserade vyer och sektioner kopplade till punktmoln f\u00f6r tydlig anbudsdokumentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><br>\n<h3><strong>Implementering och utbildning p\u00e5 plats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Genomf\u00f6rde en workshop i Kiruna f\u00f6r att utbilda polska och svenska rivningsarbetare i att anv\u00e4nda StreamBIM.<\/li>\n \t<li>Medarbetarna fick v\u00e4gledning i hur man anv\u00e4nder checklistor, skapar fr\u00e5gor\/teman och QA-dokumentation.<\/li>\n \t<li>Fokus p\u00e5 att minska antalet e-postmeddelanden och fr\u00e4mja direkt anv\u00e4ndning av plattformar.<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\n<h3><strong>Site Operations &amp;
