We built StreamBIM because we believe great construction starts with real collaboration. From day one, we focused on making BIM simple, intuitive, and mobile—so everyone, from field workers to engineers, can stay on the same page, wherever they are.

Our History
The power of experience
Rendra was founded in 2012 as a tech start-up by four university students from NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Since then, we have been working closely with the industry to develop StreamBIM to solve industry problems.
Since 2018, StreamBIM has been a proud part of the JDM Technology Group—a global family of over 30 construction software companies.
Founded in 1984 and still 100% family owned, JDM supports long-term growth with a people-first approach. With headquarters in Vancouver and teams across North America, Europe, MENA, and APAC, JDM helps companies like ours grow on our own terms – while staying focused on what we do best: building great tools for the construction industry.
